Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group
This structured, evidence-based group is designed to help you:

  • Cultivate mindfulness

  • Manage and reduce stress

  • Build emotional resilience
    Join us to learn practical tools for inner balance and everyday well-being.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group:

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment to help with emotion dysregulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, acceptance, and building healthy relationships.

  • The group runs in three modules over six months: Distress Tolerance (8 weeks), Emotion Regulation (9 weeks), and Interpersonal Effectiveness (7 weeks).

  • Weekly attendance is expected for the duration of a module.

  • Participation in all three modules is recommended, but not required.

  • Each weekly session is approximately 90 minutes.
