Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group
This structured, evidence-based group is designed to help you:

  • Cultivate mindfulness

  • Manage and reduce stress

  • Build emotional resilience
    Join us to learn practical tools for inner balance and everyday well-being.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group:

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidenced-based modality of treatment used to overcome struggles with emotion dysregulation and distress tolerance. The DBT Group is meant to offer an opportunity to learn new skills to promote mindfulness, acceptance and building/maintaining healthy relationships with ourself and others.

The group is broken up into three different modules over the course of six months: Improving Distress Tolerance (8 weeks); Emotion Regulations Skills (9 weeks); Interpersonal Effectiveness (7 weeks). Weekly attendance is expected for the duration of the module. It is recommended that each person participate in all three modules, however, you do not need to enroll in all three modules. Each weekly session is approximately 90 minutes long and are run via telehealth through our MYIO patient portal.
